Frequently asked questions
Will I get the guest's email and phone from Airbnb or Booking?
No. Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo all anonymize guest contact information in their iCal feeds — that's a platform restriction, not ours. Imported reservations are created with a placeholder guest; the real identity is captured when the guest opens their check-in link and uploads their ID document.
How often does HazCheckin pull the feeds?
Every hour by default, plus a manual Sync now button per feed in the dashboard. If a reservation needs to be processed faster, hit Sync now and it lands in seconds.
Is there an extra cost per integration?
No. iCal sync is included in every plan that supports the Integrations module. Add as many feeds per property as you need.
Are imported reservations reported to SES.HOSPEDAJES?
Yes. Once the guest completes the check-in (identity, document, signature), HazCheckin generates the parte de viajeros and submits it to SES.HOSPEDAJES exactly like any direct booking — with no extra steps.
