To provide the service we rely on providers that process data on HazCheckin's behalf, under the corresponding data processing agreements:
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, hosting and data storage.
- Clerk — authentication and user account management.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp message delivery.
- PostHog (EU cloud) — product analytics for the customer dashboard.
- Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and session recordings of the dashboard, with on-screen data masking.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Data will not be transferred to third parties other than those listed, except where required by law or judicial order.
