At HazCheckin, we take your data security very seriously. This policy details how we handle your information in accordance with current regulations.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for your personal information is JOINBLE DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE S.L., with registered office at Calle Hermosilla 48, 1 D, 28001 Madrid, Spain. You can contact our data protection officer at privacy@hazcheckin.com.

2. Purpose

We process the information provided by users in order to manage guest registration and comply with legal reporting obligations to authorities. Specifically:

  • User check-in.
  • Issuance of mandatory guest entry reports.
  • Maintenance of the commercial relationship.

3. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on compliance with a legal obligation and on the performance of an accommodation services contract.

The data will be mandatorily communicated to:

Guardia Civil

Data processors and sub-processors

To provide the service we rely on providers that process data on HazCheckin's behalf, under the corresponding data processing agreements:

  • Cloudflareinfrastructure, hosting and data storage.
  • Clerkauthentication and user account management.
  • Stripepayment processing and billing.
  • Resendtransactional email delivery.
  • TwilioSMS and WhatsApp message delivery.
  • PostHog (EU cloud)product analytics for the customer dashboard.
  • Microsoft Clarityusage analytics and session recordings of the dashboard, with on-screen data masking.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data will not be transferred to third parties other than those listed, except where required by law or judicial order.

5. Rights

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether HazCheckin is processing personal data concerning you. Data subjects have the right to:
