Amount from your PMS
The booking total arrives on every sync with the 8 PMS we connect to.
HazCheckin brings together what you already have: the booking amount from your PMS and the guest details collected at check-in. You review, issue and download the invoice as a PDF with your logo and your numbering.
You set up your tax details once. From then on, every stay with a completed check-in is ready to invoice.
Company name, tax ID, address and the number your series is on. The logo is the one from your branded check-in.
As soon as the guest finishes check-in, the booking appears with the amount from your PMS.
The customer comes from the check-in and the items from the PMS: the stay with its VAT and the tourist tax apart. You can edit any line or invoice a company.
When you issue it, the invoice takes the next number in your series and becomes final.
Download the PDF for the guest or your accountant. Every invoice stays under “Issued”.
Built for holiday rentals: no typing amounts, no copying guest details.
The booking total arrives on every sync with the 8 PMS we connect to.
Name, address and, with a Spanish DNI or NIE, the guest's tax ID already filled in.
The stay at 10% with base and VAT worked out; the tourist tax goes outside VAT.
A yearly series that continues from your last number and never repeats.
The PDF carries your logo and company details.
If your company is Italian, every invoice also downloads as XML to upload to Fatture e Corrispettivi.
With bookings created in HazCheckin you type the amounts and everything else works the same.
Included in the Professional and Enterprise plans, alongside contracts.
Every PMS we connect to brings in the booking amount. Some also report the tourist tax apart, and it gets its own line.
