Setting up a property used to mean retyping everything you already wrote on Airbnb or Booking: the name, the description, how many guests it sleeps, every amenity, the address, and uploading the photos one by one. It’s the most tedious part of getting started — and the easiest place to give up.

So we removed it. Paste your Airbnb or Booking.com listing URL and HazCheckin fills the property in for you.

What gets imported

The moment you paste the link, we read the public listing and pre-fill your new property:

  • Name and description — exactly as they read on your listing.
  • Capacity — the maximum number of guests.
  • Property type — apartment, villa, rural house, hotel.
  • Amenities — Wi-Fi, kitchen, washer, air conditioning, parking, pool and the rest, mapped to HazCheckin’s catalogue.
  • Location — the map opens already pinned at the listing’s area.
  • Photos — imported straight into your property’s gallery.

You don’t start from a blank form. You start from a draft that’s already 90% done.

You’re always in control

The import fills the wizard; you review and confirm. Two things deserve a second look:

  • The exact address. Airbnb only publishes an approximate area until a booking is made, so we pin the neighbourhood and you drop the marker on the exact door. That precise address is what gets reported to SES.HOSPEDAJES, so it has to be right.
  • Your access credentials. The legal step — your SES.HOSPEDAJES username and codes — is the one thing a listing can’t give us. You add it once and you’re done.

As you import, the setup wizard ticks off the steps it already has data for: location and multimedia come back checked, and the only thing left is the legal credentials.

Why it matters

Onboarding friction is where hosts drop off. Cutting a 15‑minute manual setup down to “paste a URL and review” means a property is live and ready to receive guests’ check-ins in under a minute — with the data already in the right shape to file the traveller report the moment a guest captures their ID.

It works with both Airbnb and Booking.com today. Open a new property, paste your listing URL, and watch it fill itself.
